Property experts report strong activity on First Avenue South due to the new union depot and hotel and store demand. The Parry Investment Co. sold Lot 3 in block 314 for 96,500 and another lot in block 342 for 7,500 to Willie, who kept the buyers confidential. Also note rising values along Second Avenue North of Pine as regrading and upcoming car service spur demand, with quotes of 47,000 asking 65,000.
