Charles Miller 38, a veteran burglar and forger, was arrested on the 10th floor of the New Washington hotel by Detectives Waechter and Christensen after entering a room to steal from a millionaire occupant. Police say Miller looted high‑end Seattle hotels, with loot including cash and jewelry totaling thousands, and has a long criminal record. He was taken to jail as charges were prepared.
