H C Bryant a Moscow Idaho grocer fled toward Beat- Ue to escape a felony trial but collided with City Detective Phillips on Tuesday night and was taken to Chief Delaney's fortress at Third and Yesler. A letter carried a warrant for his arrest though the exact charge is not stated and Bryant uses an assumed name Bremblett. He will be held pending Moscow authorities.
