Block Leaders Program to be Inaugurated in Seal Beach Soon

Howard Blue Receives First B Gasoline Book in Seal Beach
Howard Blue an oil driller for Signal Oil at 248 Fifteenth Street Seal Beach became the first recipient of a B gasoline book from the Seal Beach War Price and Rationing Board. A total of 1110 A books were issued by registrars at Seal Beach Elementary and Laurel School Los Alamitos under the local rationing board, with 803 issued at Seal Beach and 297 at Los Alamitos.
