Saguaro High opens with 389 students in Mohave district
The new Saguaro High School near Mac Donald Drive and Granite Reef Road houses 389 students with room for up to 2,400. The 40 acre site cost about 3.08 million dollars and features electricity and electronics courses, basic metals, and closed circuit TV capability. The building is elevated due to Indian Bend Wash flood risk and recently avoided flood damage.
