Kugler faces first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon for wounding Joyce’s boyfriend Stanley Yarnall Jr. of Phoenix. He reported confessed saying he intended to kill himself but could not shoot. Joyce Kugler and Yarnall were to be married after divorces filed earlier this month.
