He faces up to 394 years and 72000 in fines if convicted. He allegedly swindled 417000 from 27 victims including his former fiancée Mrs Johanna Revson.
A Scottsdale Court dismissed the aggravated assault charge against D F Lewis of 7025 E Vernon St citing insufficient evidence. The complaint was filed by Mrs. Helen Payton of 7037 E Vernon St who said Lewis struck and choked her during a dispute on October 23 while she intervened between her son and another boy.
