Ceiling falls on Bronx man at Granada Apts
A Bronx man Thomas Parks, 40, was treated and released from Scottsdale Baptist Hospital after a ceiling section fell on him on the second floor walkway of the Granada Apartments at 332 West Second Street around 3 pm. Police said the ceiling appeared weakened by rain.

Vandals strike Tonalea and Cocopah schools and model home
Vandals broke seven windows at Tonalea School and stole a $150 tape recorder during the weekend hours. Grapefruit rocks and syrup were thrown at the panes. Cocopah School lost a $50 electric thermograph with east side window broken.
