The State Air Pollution Control Hearing Board schedules a July 20 rehearing on conditions for ASARCO Hayden smelter. Scottsdale Man Arrested After Knife Brandish Incident
Scottsdale resident John David Ortega, 43, was arrested on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly brandishing a knife at two officers. A scuffle caused him to fall into a window, cutting his shoulder. he was treated and released.
