Preliminary hearing set in 1969 family shooting case
Manuel Lewis Sousa, 70, hospitalized after a July 22 1960 shooting at his Orange Avenue home in Scottsdale. His son David 08 was struck in the neck but survived. Police say the son returned with a new car and Sousa allegedly attacked over payment for the vehicle.
