Maricopa County Assessor Kenneth Kunes said about 60 acres of unimproved land in Paradise Valley will be revalued for the 1969 tax rolls. The area bounded by 32nd Street Invergordon Camelback Mountain and Mumimy Mountain was valued at 1500 dollars per acre by the state Department of Property Valuation, a figure officials say far below the selling price.

Burglary case dismissed. King pleads to trespass in Scottsdale
Nathaniel King, 19, of Salt River Indian Reservation, faced a burglary charge in Justice Court Scottsdale. Judge Harold Holcomb dismissed the burglary to allow a guilty plea to trespass after police found a six cent store stamp roll on him. King received six months in jail. June 26 set for preliminary hearing of John Kenneth Walker on assault with deadly weapon charges. Walker, 25, of 6220 Ae Moats Vista, free on $1100 bail for allegedly shooting Robert McClanahan on June 9.

Dan Bartos, Scottsdale resident and lodge owner, was charged in federal court here with illegal trespass on the Coronado National Forest recreation area near Pena Blanca.
