London demonstrators press Defense Ministry over germ warfare research

About 150 student demonstrators marched to the Ministry of Defense in London on Sunday and delivered a petition calling for an end to germ warfare research and opposition to sharing deadly secrets with the United States. A Windsor Castle ceremony announced Prince Charles would be invested as a knight companion of the Order of the Garter in the oldest Christian order of chivalry.
