Tie dye artist Patsy Lowry creates floaty chiffon caftans expressed as emotional color dreams. Her works appear in Saks Fifth Avenue stores nationwide and soon in a Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts show, with a Saks appearance in Atlanta and a Better Homes and Gardens commission.
