City finance department reports 1974 sales tax receipts at 4,636,433 up 2.8 percent from 1973. Plans target 12 priority items including seven foreign language rooms, six math rooms, a large art room, a geo physics lab, a student learning center, more athletic lockers, and redesigned parking. Construction aims to keep students on campus with phased work.
