Thirteen In-Laws Too Much For Mate
Milton R Holmstead a 31 year old lithographer told police during the Christmas holidays that thirteen of his wife's relatives were too much. Mrs Holmstead said he threatened to shoot them if they didn't leave. Patrolmen found Holmstead in his car with a loaded .22 Ruger Buntline revolver beside him. He was charged with being drunk and disorderly and held after refusing a $100 bond.

Maid And Friend Face Arraignment For Auto Theft
A man and woman arrested Saturday on auto theft charges were to be arraigned this afternoon. The pair were linked to the kidnapping investigation of two boys, Mark and Trevor Hancock, before police learned no kidnapping charge would stand. Both held on five thousand dollar bonds.
