Edgar Watts 54 a research laboratory technician at Phoenix Veterans Administration Hospital since 1952 died Tuesday in Scottsdale Memorial hospital. He lived at 8436 E Montbello and was born in Breathitt County Kentucky, moving to Scottsdale from Los Angeles in 1950. A World War II veteran, he served as a first sergeant in the Army reserves and was a National Rifle Association member.
