About 27 000 Scottsdale pupils return to 25 schools on Tuesday for the new year. Kindergarten begins with one hour sessions the first day and two hours the next three days. Lunch service starts Tuesday with tickets at 2.25 dollars or 45 cents for a day. High school grades resume on a modified schedule from 8 to 11 for sophomores to seniors and noon to 3 for freshmen. Police Kill 2 Blacks in Soweto Riots Sparks Toll Rise
