Paradise Valley Residents sue to halt Sun and Sage resort plans
A group of Paradise Valley homeowners filed a Superior Court suit in Maricopa County alleging the County Board of Supervisors improperly approved a shopping center permit for the Sun and Sage Resort on 20 acres at Lincoln Drive and Tatum Boulevard. It demands removal of structures built in violation of zoning and favors reverting to a 30 acre town plan. Defendants include the county supervisors, building safety head Raymond Johnson, former County Attorney Moise Berger, Sheriff Paul Blabaum, and Pete King Corp.
