Weller Faces Charges After Boulder Crash
Boulder County District Attorney Rex Scott said on Tuesday that Robert Weller 34 of Scottsdale would face charges including possession of a controlled drug a misdemeanor and possession with intent to dispense or sell a felony after a police chase. Weller was injured in a crash into a highway abutment and admitted to Boulder Community Hospital. Police said a large quantity of amphetamine deximer was found in his car and may have originated from Mexico.
