Guard held in bank theft in Tempe case
A security guard Gary Nestel, 20, was arrested on a bank larceny charge over the disappearance of 68400 dollars from First National Bank of Arizona Operations Center in Tempe. Nestel, employed by Continental Security Guards, was taken into custody in Phoenix after cash delivered May 14 to the center vanished before an audit. Evidence recovered at his home was not disclosed by FBI officials.
