A seven story, 70 000 square foot office building by Rubenstein Development Co is under construction at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Palm Lane in midtown Phoenix. Space for lease on full half or quarter floors will be available in early November via Coldwell Banker and Co. The design features prestressed concrete with fluted block panels and bronze anodized solar glass. The site was chosen for easy access and reduced congestion with dense perimeter landscaping to blend with the neighborhood.

Wood Brothers Homes named eighth largest single family builder in the U S by McGraw Hill with over 2 500 homes produced last year across Arizona and five Phoenix and two Tucson subdivisions.
