Preferred Developers of Arizona Inc. starts first phase of a 692 dwelling unit residential development on 65 acres at Hayden Road south of McDonald Drive. The $4.5 million phase covers 108 condominiums on 12 acres, designed by Alexander and Ganos Architects Inc. Completion of model units is planned for December with occupancy in February 1974.
