Detroit executive named Chairman of Institutes Board of Regents
Bob Bennett Charles E. Boyd, Secretary-Treasurer of the Retail Merchants Association in Detroit, was named chairman of the newly established Board of Regents of the Institutes for Organization Management. Announcement came from John G. Coleman, president of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States. The board serves under the national Chamber's Directors and will supervise six institutes for training association and chamber executives. Each institute had been run by its own board.
