Phoenix Council reviews bridge project with 450000 change order
Phoenix City Manager seeks contract change with Hoffman Miller Engineers to relocate about 600 feet of water pipeline under the Indian Bend Wash for a Shea Boulevard bridge. Construction cost set at 450000 with abutment changes and water line relocation. Discussion of a 20 percent water rate increase is continued to June for study.
