Iranian twins Nasser and Mansour Haghighi, both 26 and ASU students, arraigned on burglary charges in Scottsdale and Tempe. Police say they may be linked to about 20 burglaries including an Orion rug theft at Paradise Valley home and the kidnapping of a 3 year old Phoenix boy, who was safe. They remain jailed on $50,000 bond after the abduction.
