Scarsdale Public Library to hold its first Book Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday October 2 on library grounds with over 2000 surplus books priced 10 cents to $1. Proceeds support new purchases. Rain date: Sunday October 3 from 10 to 5.
