Scarsdale appoints Bouchier and Gaudet to SHS athletic posts

Westchester County sold $19.97 million in one year notes at a record low average rate of 2.93 percent. Bids were opened Aug. 30 for notes dated Sept. 15 with bidders including County Trust Co Manufacturers Hanover Trust National Bank of Westchester Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank.
