Thirteen year old Harry Graff was struck by a Ford runabout on Scarsdale avenue near Bramack avenue. He suffered a skull fracture scalp wounds and a double fracture of the right leg and was taken to White Plains Hospital. He said the crash was his fault for riding on the wrong side.
