Cars Strike Timbers Left on Post Road
Two accidents occurred Thursday evening on the Post Road near the Telephone Building when timbers left on the highway without lights were struck. Beatrice T Ward of White Plains hit the timbers at 11:30 pm damaging her car’s right running board and rear end. At 11:50 pm A G Stanford of Greenacres Avenue also struck the timbers with unknown damage. A summons was served on the contractor responsible for the repair work.

Scouts Rally in Scarsdale on November 23
