Five residents of Secor Road filed a petition in the NYS Supreme Court May 13 asking for a review of a Scarsdale Board of Appeals decision granting Heath York Corp a partial zoning variance for a store and parking on a Residence A lot. They seek correction of the board minutes to show the vote did not reflect a majority. Edward Garfield serves pro bono for the petitioners. The East Scarsdale Association supports part of the litigation expenses. First hearing set for Tuesday May 24 unless postponed.
