Senior Life Saving Course Opens in Scarsdale Area
The Scarsdale branch of the American Red Cross announces a final senior life saving course for lifeguard candidates. The four week program begins May 19 at Grasslands Hospital pool Valhalla, with sessions Wednesdays and Fridays 8 to 10 p.m. Applications will be taken May 19 at 7 45 p.m. Leroy C. Miss Adelaide Haas of Scarsdale High School has earned a fully funded two month scholarship from Experiment in International Living. She will travel to France this summer with a group, living with a French family and engaging in language study and community activities. Viscount Scarsdale to Visit Village on May 21
