Scarsdale police report a recurring pocketbook thief strikes again taking only cash. On April 24 Mrs. Richard A. Tilden found her $45 missing from a front hall pocketbook left on a table while she and her daughter were upstairs. The thief entered through an unlocked front door and left the money on a neighbor's lawn. residents are urged to keep doors locked even when at home.
