Three Edgemont School Board Candidates Nominated
The Union Free School District No. 6 nominating committee on March 20 named Mrs. Marvin Cowan Ulrich Schweitzer and Bruce Firkins to fill three Edgemont Board of Education vacancies for the May 2 election. Cowan seeks a full term to replace Vera Goldsmith. Schweitzer will take a three year term to succeed Charles DeCarlo. Firkins was chosen for the remaining unexpired term ending July 1 1969. Cowan, of 4 Leone Close, has three children in district schools and holds degrees from Wesleyan and Columbian Teachers College.

Greenburgh Housing Sites Rejected by Federal Authority
