John H. Hearne of Gorham Road was elected chairman of the Scarsdale Community Fund and Council Inc at a directors meeting after the annual members meeting at the Scarsdale Woman's Club. Other officers elected include Richard F. Hansen Jr secretary Donald T. MacPhail treasurer Henry B. Schindler assistant treasurer. The 1957 60 directors include John P. Ground breaking ceremonies Sunday mark the start of construction on the Greenville Community Church in Ardsley. The $367,000 brick colonial structure by Ferrenz and Taylor, built by P. M.
