Third Scarsdale native dies in Vietnam blast
Army Specialist Edward H. Jackson Jr. 21 died February 16 near Bin Ho Vietnam from an explosion at his base camp during Operation Big Rim with the 173rd Airborne. He attended Scarsdale High School and was active in DeMolay. Survived by his parents, sister Beverly and two uncles. He would have turned 22 on March 25.
