The Westchester Band will close its Scarsdale Pool series next Thursday August 5 at 8 p.m. with euphonium soloist Karl Steinberger, principal trombonist and renowned soloist, performing Andante et Allegro. If rain hits, the concert moves to Scarsdale High School auditorium with lawn seating and picnics allowed.
