Parkway Spencer Corporation Formed For Scarsdale Tract
A group of 40 Scarsdale residents headed by Dietrich Gristede forms the Parkway Spencer Corporation with $1,000,000 capital to develop the seven and three quarter acre Popham tract bordered by East Parkway Spencer Place Chase Road and Crane Road. Village Agrees On House Numbers Record and Sign Rules

Curran Is Appointed Scarsdale Plumbing Inspector
John P. Curran of Curran and Curran, Scarsdale avenue, named Plumbing Inspector for the Village of Scarsdale by the Village Board Tuesday night.
