The Scarsdale Board of Education invites bids for one carload of best egg size coal, 25 or 30 tons. Delivery to the New School Building in Scarsdale District No. 1 before September 15. Bids must be mailed by July 27 to N A Cushman, Secretary, White Plains NY, marked Bids for Coal. Wm Mercer, James G Cannon, N A Cushman.
White Plains Chatterton Hill and Bearstale branches unite to entertain Italian and local children from New York slums at Fox Meadow and Fox Meadow. Miss Emily Butler of Fox M donated use of her estate. Rev. Street Pritchard and Ditkinson praised for organizing the outings and securing venues.
