New Roads under way in Scarsdale Estates Hartsdale
The Scarsdale Estates has signed contracts and begun work under John M. Farley to build new roads in the Northerly Greenacres tract at Hartsdale. About 75 plots are being improved and offered for sale as demand for Green Acres houses exceeds supply. Four new costing from 7000 to 15000 dollars each will start within 30 days, with more to be built for winter occupancy.
