Transatlantic Winner Dorade Reaches Plymouth After 3000 Mile Race
The yawl Dorade owned by Olin J. Stephens 2nd of Garth Road arrived in Plymouth harbor at 6 14 P M Tuesday as the first of ten yachts to finish the 3000 mile Atlantic race. Dorade sailed with a 46 hour 23 minute 44 second time allowance from the largest yacht and beat two smaller competitors. Crew included Roderick Stephens Sr and Jr, Edward Koster, John D Fox, James Merrill and Harlowe Moore. Mrs Roderick Stephens and Miss Martie Stephens joined the greeting in Plymouth.

Palmer Leads 432nd Field Artillery in Training
