Lightning Damages Report from Last Thursday Storm

Damage followed last Thursday storm with reports of strikes at Dobbs Terrace home of Mrs. Drury and a Samuel Hopper & Company horse and wagon incident in White Plains. Trees fell at Bell and Hyatt properties while New York Telephone Company cables were torn disrupting service.

Open air grove service on Brambach near Angel's home

An open air service was held Sunday afternoon at 3:30 in the grove on Brambach opposite Mr Angel's house. Mr Gunier led several selections from gospel songs, with twenty three in attendance. A similar service is planned each afternoon at 8:30. whites are invited.
