Burglar Apprehended After Scarsdale Theft
Lee Fitch of New York was injured and hospitalized after a burglary at 3 Co Hawney Road Scarsdale between Tuesday and Thursday last week. Police say Fitch was shot in the arm by a city officer during a separate incident in the Bronx last Friday night. A Waltham watch, tie clasp, mink coat, amethyst diamond ring, and leather clock case were found in Fitch's car. He is held for violation of the Sullivan Law and third degree burglary and may face charges for other burglaries in the Bronx and Westchester County.
