Scarsdale athletes led by William Long Richard Gabori and Paul Gerhard earned top finishes at the fifth annual track and field showdown in White Plains at Recreation Park. Long set a junior division broad jump meet record of seventeen feet four inches and placed third in the junior seventy five yard dash. Gabori took third in the intermediate 440 yard dash while the Scarsdale mile relay team including Walters McIntosh Graber and Gabori finished second in the intermediate division.
