Grand jury to hear Hughes and Holden cases for Kerr dispute

In White Plains, lawyers John J. Hughes and Thomas Holden Jr appeared on complaint against C Kerr of Scarsdale. Their cases were sent to the grand jury. Kerr later had Hughes and Holden arrested on charges including blackmail assault attempted extortion. David Verplanck represented defendants. Fluddy of Farley’s office represented Kerr.
