Village seeks vandal-proof meters after tampering arrest
Salvatore DiResta of Yonkers arrested as the principal tamperer in a month long meter jamming case in the Spencer Place Christie Place East Parkway area. Village officials plan a meeting with meter company reps to discuss vandal proof models as a longer term fix. DiResta is charged with malicious mischief and released on $100 bail pending a February 15 hearing in Scarsdale Police Court.

Mrs Gardner named Scarsdale Heart Fund chairwoman
Mrs. Gordon F. Gardner, 66 Brookley Road, is appointed chairman of the Scarsdale Heart Fund Committee for February.
