State Bar To Elect J. H. Neale
J Henry Neale, attorney and president of Scarsdale National Bank, will be elected president of the New York State Bar Association tomorrow. He will be the first Westchesterite in 70 years to hold the post and will take office at the annual dinner in New York City. Neale, of 44 Lockwood Road, a graduate of Amherst and Harvard Law, joined Strang and Taylor in 1927 and formed a Scarsdale firm with Addison R. Wilson in 1931. He has led multiple local and state legal and civic organizations and is married to Laura M. Button with two sons.
