Injunction Sought to Stop Starner Project on Weaver Street

The County Board of Legislators voted 12 to 3 to authorize the Law Department to seek an injunction against the City of New Rochelle and Starner property owners on Weaver Street. A county permit from Public Works is required for ingress and egress on a county road under Section 239-k. Audry Hochberg urged rapid action, noting intolerable Weaver Street traffic and opposition from local planning bodies.

Institute Plans Study of College Program

The Scarsdale Teachers Institute will run a seven Tuesday afternoon course at Scarsdale High School in February and March on Recent Developments in College Curriculum. Franklyn G. Counseling series for women opens in Scarsdale

Scarsdale Family Counseling Service announces a new six session series for women titled And What About Me led by Mrs. Carol Felt.
