The island on Spencer Place will be cut back twenty feet to allow cars to turn without swinging into Chase Road. The Westchester Lighting Co will be asked to underground wires from this point to East Parkway after the island work removes a light pole. Tower Circle is one way and Spencer Place is split by islands. turning from Tower Circle to East Parkway requires a wide flow in Spencer Place. Parking near Chase Road worsens turnability and blocks Chase Road traffic.
