The Committee of One Hundred of the Scarsdale Woman's Club brightened Grasslands Hospital tubercular wards before Christmas. Mary Otter Injured by Car Crossing to Trolley
Miss Mary Otter of Post road Scarsdale was badly cut and bruised when an automobile knocked her down on the Post road as she crossed to board a White Plains trolley car. She was taken to Dr Ralph Ryan for treatment and the police seek the other vehicle involved.

175 Attend Annual Christmas Dance at Scarsdale Golf Club
One hundred seventy five young people attended the Christmas night dance at the Scarsdale Golf Club. The supper featured a mining camp lunch room style counter with hot dogs pretzels pickles doughnuts ice cream and cake. The orchestra fueled Charleston attempts as dancing continued late. The New Year’s Eve dance will be at Scarsdale Lodge on School Lane with a long committee list led by Mesdames Allen Bethell Coombs Gallowhar and others. Open Health Station With Xmas Seals In Greenburgh

Upjohn Car Wrecked in Post Road Collision
A Durant touring car owned by Hobart Upjohn of Wayside Lane Scarsdale was wrecked on the Post road near Tompkins road last Saturday evening after being rear ended by a second car driven by J Meighan of Main Street White Plains. Upjohn and his daughter Dorothy escaped injury though the rear body and gas tank suffered severe damage. The Meighan car had a smashed radiator and broken headlights. No one was hurt.
