Justice Mills signed an order directing Sheriff Doyle to arrest Frederick Fink of Scarsdale and bring him to County Jail unless he pays $38 back alimony and $50 counsel fees to Louise L. Fink. The divorce suit awarded $8 weekly alimony. after eleven weeks due she cited him to show cause for punishment for failing to obey the court order.
